 the Founder-Director of the  RTR JUDICIAL COACHING ACADEMY , is a visionary who felt the need for quality legal education in Andhra Pradesh way back in 1991. Since its humble beginnings, he has developed the college (Dr Ambedkar Global Law Institute, Tirupati)  into a centre for excellence in legal education in India through sheer hard work and determination

Sri Thippa Reddy's propositions are straight to the point - everyone in the country should have awareness of the law of the land, ignorance of the law excuses no one (Ignorantia juris non excusat) and access to legal education and aid should be available to everyone irrespective of their socio-economic background. His perseverance and commitment have ensured that students get world-class legal education and exposure, right here in Tirupati
